Pizzeria Zagreb
Interior design created by the architect Enrico Musso for a pizzeria restaurant in Zagreb (Croatia). This space was designed using special materials both for the flooring and coverings. Materials which range from the shiny silver Trend mosaic for covering the counter and columns to cladding of the walls with strips of tiles glued in sections. The settings studied for the space are replaced at the start of each new season to bring the space to life, always linked to the outside environment. The concealed LED lighting used, in addition to energy saving, makes the area welcoming and marked off into separate areas, therefore with the perception of more than one area yet without partitions. The totally transparent windows looking out onto the adjacent piazza remove all barriers between the interior and exterior as the seasons change, creating the sensation of a “garden in the square”.
